07 / FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Before
we speak.
Do you offer video consultations?
Yes. We offer in-person and video consultations by appointment. You can specify your preferred format when requesting a meeting.
How do I request a consultation?
Email [email protected] with a brief description of the practice area, your availability and whether you prefer an in-person or remote meeting.
What should I prepare for the first meeting?
A short timeline, your main questions and a list of available documents. Our library includes a guide to organising this information.
How are fees agreed?
The scope and fees are discussed after the enquiry has been assessed. Requesting information does not mean an appointment or representation has been confirmed.
Can I send documents through the form?
This website prepares an email in your own email app and does not receive files. Before sharing sensitive documents, confirm the appropriate channel with the firm.
Does the library replace a consultation?
No. Guides and articles provide general information. Every matter requires an assessment of its facts and the applicable law.
